Djimmah Nayural G1
Djimma Coffee, also known as Jimma Coffee, is cultivated in the Illubabor and Kaffa regions of Ethiopia. These areas are renowned for their rich, fertile soils and ideal climate conditions, which contribute to the exceptional quality of the coffee. The coffee plants thrive at elevations ranging from 4,400 to 6,000 feet above sea level, benefiting from the high altitudes that enhance the beans' flavor profile. This region forms part of the largest catchment area in Ethiopia, a crucial zone that produces and exports approximately 60,000 tons of coffee annually. The unique geographical and climatic conditions of Illubabor and Kaffa, combined with traditional Ethiopian coffee-growing techniques, result in a distinctive brew characterized by its full-bodied taste and complex aromatic notes.
